Watching classic flicks and eating some Brooklyn Chinese food.
May I ask....What is the difference between Brooklyn chinese food than any other americanized chinese food ???...Does it have less snap peas??..or when u open the container of white Basmati rice ..does it holler out " I KNOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO B SPAGGOTS"....lol...coincidentally, as I write this , I'm eating Hot & Sour Soup...by the way ...4 a real authentic Szhecuan street food dish..find ur self some authentic Dan-Dan Noodles...u will thank me 4 it later..Chow!!!!!!
I will try it Hood, I can never find Chinese food i like other than in Brooklyn or Manhattan.
I like the roast pork fried rice to be dark brown and toasty, most places outside of these areas serve a light brown funk tasting rice.
Also hate the almond paste that many seam to use, that shit is gross, I can eat almonds but when everything taste like garlic & almonds, I’m out.
