Unfortunately, they're trying to screw me and will probably get away with it unfortunately. I asked a friend who's a travel agent and she said the credit card company will probably take the side of the airline. I did buy travel insurance, which I never do unless I'm flying internationally. That's probably my last recourse then. Just so incredibly frustrating that they canceled the flights without my authorization, now want to refuse me a refund because of their mistake. Unbelievable!
