I’m wondering why Luisi and those guys were able to be made in Philadelphia while being from Boston. I couldn’t imagine that being approved by anyone or if it was there had to be a understanding between Boston and phily. I know he wasn’t very well liked in Boston by anyone.
Luisi's father and brother was killed in 1995 allegedly on Patriarca family orders.
