The genovese and luchese deffinlty opened the books for new guys in 74. I dont think dibella or rastelli had any vote between the 3 families. And gambinos probaly just was out voted. Did anthony tumac also say he was inducted in 74 or 77 in the luchese family I remember reading one of those years. I'm betting this guy joe bikini was first class of the luchese in 74 or 1 of 10 guys or something
I think Tumac was 77', but I'm not certain. And as for Joe? I think it was after 75', but who knows.
I will tell you this, with or without the "button", he was a force, and "goodfella" material thru and thru. Just the type of guy who was considered a "goodfella" regardless of his "official" status.
