And the people Jimmy killed he got PERMISSION from Paul Vario who got permission from his boss Tony Ducks..Tony ducks didn’t even like Paul Vario... Paul only became acting capo in the early 50s because certain guys in that crew didn’t want it..but Paulie was very respected and was close to Ciro Perone and Anthony ruggiano ...huge numbers business back in the day... but money talks loudest in that life and Burke wasn’t in the same league as Joe Watts

As a side note in the late 60s the candidates for boss were tony ducks,Jimmy Pulmeri ,Vinny Rao,Johnny Dio and Carmine Trumanti

A March 1986 raid on DiBernardo's office seized alleged "child pornography and financial records." As "a result of the Postal Inspectors seizures [a federal prosecutor] is attempting to indict DiBernardo on child pornography violations" according to an FBI memo dated May 20, 1986.
