I didn't know Madonna has a murder conviction from 1954. He would have been 18 or 19 years old. Do you know how much time he did for that?
If I recall she said something about 30 years. But i didn't look anything up on that. I just went off what was said at the sentencing. I'm going to see if there's anything up on Pacer...but it might not have been a federal charge.
Madonna did an 11 year stretch for narcotics starting when he was about 24 years old. He got a 30 year sentence in 76' for narcotics again and served 20 years. I've never read anything about him getting done for a murder. Also the time frame doesn't allow for Madonna to serve a 30 year sentence for murder.
That's what I thought - it was all narcotics...but she said it exactly as I quoted it. So, I'm guessing it was a state charge. Harder to get hands on that stuff. However, amazing how deep into the well they did for BS.
