When the light turns green & black ppl. deliberatly walk slow across the street making u wait just to piss u off.

I am certainly not racist either and get that, you need to be a city guy to understand that.
I wish I had video time lapse of when I had to travel in rush hour in Manhattan, if you filmed the streets at 5pm when the streets became loaded with commuters trying to catch a train , workers trying to get to bus or home anywhere, you could see the brisk walker’s dodging around people who were moping in groups talking and walking as if they had nowhere in the world to go while everyone else did.
They block side walks, stairways, escalators , doorways and crosswalks.
I do not miss that shit.
