Orena and Casso were good friends. If this was the case; Why didn't Casso/Amuso support Vic Orena as boss?? J. Gotti supported Orena; but no-one else gave support. Phil Rastelli was in jail. Vincent Gigante was not a fan; and was old-school; He wasn't going to support Vic Orena after what John Gotti did to Castellano.
