Fire in the Sky

I vaguely remembered this movie from my childhood and randomly decided to watch it on a whim. It was better than I expected it to be. Well-acted, thoughtful, and with special effects that hold up reasonably well to this day. The scene on the spaceship is intense and terrifying, and it helps that the lead actor knocks his performance out of the park.
