The police arrested four men this week who are suspected of planning a liquidation of criminal Naoufal “Noffel” F. in Berlin in 2015, who had been sentenced to life. Two suspects were already detained because they were sentenced to 30 years in prison for the mistaken identity murder of Djordy Latumahina in 2016.
The Public Prosecutor's Office suspects the foursome of wanting to murder Naoufal F. in Berlin. That plan ultimately fell through. The suspects came into the picture through decrypted PGP conversations.

Looks like a caribbean hitteam.
