It has been alleged that Carlos Marcello controlled or had interest in a number of banks through Herman Beebe. These banks were in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. Herman Beebe was also connected to some New York mobsters. I think it would take a team of dedicated forensic accountants to figure out all of Marcello's business interests.
