I knew this guy, I used to own a Water Ice stand near where he shot his girlfriend a few years ago while they were smoking dust. He's a Warlock who are big in Upper Darby, not a Pagan who are bigger in Essington and the Hook. He had a tattoo shop in town that never had any customers but he always had cash. Him and his brother are real pieces of work, Nazis who listen to rap on real loud speakers and buy drugs from black guys in SWP. Which is kind of par for the course for those guys.
Takes brains to do shit right .... not many can put good rackets together and maintain power over it without stepping over the line a taking a pinch and that is true in all OC some can make money with as much class as possible others not so much.
