I wonder if Scarpa getting made fun of because he was of Northern Italian decent, messed with him?
If that did happen it was probably way behind his back because anybody making fun of him risked getting one in the nut. At one point the guy basically whacked everyone he wanted to whack. He had the go ahead on both sides and his crew was supposedly huge.
