Artie nitro was a capo and acting boss in 2003 04. Hes the guy who inducted him but it seems there's so many acting bosses in the genovese around that time period maybe it was a committee. In court he says felix trangese brought the presentecing report of emilo fusco down to a steakhouse in the bronx and there was a group of men at a table. Felix was told to waitoutside then artie came out after the guys looked over the paper and artie said bruno's got to go. I guess he seen the local FBI agent at like a VFW and the agent said Emilio fusco a knuckle head and bruno said it wasn't my call to induct him I was in jail. That little sentence got into a FBI report and that got him killed
