Dude looked like a cross between one of the Hills Have Eyes mutants and that Tall Man character from that 80's horror movie Phantasm. Did quite a bit of dirt apparently, but never got made (probably due to his past smack habit).
Man i haven't thought about Phantasm in years. Most underrated horror movie of all time. The sequels weren't the best but none of horror sequels of that time were either.
That's kinda the thing with horror movies tbh; a great original followed by (a) shit sequel(s). Gotta say I have a soft spot for that second Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie with Dennis Hopper tho.
