The criminal investigation department made reports from a PGP telephone used by Naoufal “Noffel” F. legible. According to the prosecutor in the case against Richard "Rico" R. (46), those reports show the close criminal cooperation between Rico the Chilean, Naoufal F. and Ridouan Taghi.

On Wednesday there was a pro forma hearing in the case against Rico, who is suspected of leading a criminal organization that trafficked cocaine but also collaborated with Taghi and the Italian Raffaele Imperiale. According to the judiciary, that network also committed murders, led by Rico and Taghi. Naoufal F. has been sentenced to life imprisonment for provoking murder.

However, Rico is not on trial for murders. He cannot yet be prosecuted for this because he was extradited by Chile on the basis of a suspicion of drug trafficking. Justice has said for more than half a year that an additional request for legal assistance with information about murder suspicions will be sent to Chile. At Wednesday's session, it turned out that it still hasn't happened.

The court still intends to hear the substance of the case against "Rico the Chilean" in June.
