There are many and they dont belong to just one family. If you are asking the family remained and passed the rank onto another family member going back before or at the time of the naming of the five bosses and still on the street today, then the Corrao family in the Gambino crime family, the Corrado and the Tocco families of Detroit are the only other families I can think of today.
