IMO... if this guy matty g is the under boss he can induct anybody he wants. Boston's not gonna say he can't. He was made almost 20yra before cheese and his brother. The guy has friends in the other family's from all his fed time. I think at Rhode island peak they didnt even have 20 made guys probably rite around there and 50 goons around them guys. It's all if guys want to be made or just perfectly fine doing whatever they do.
