Drug criminal worked for the police

For the first time in twenty years, police
deployed a criminal civilian infiltrator.
At the beginning of March, eight men were
arrested as a result, who are suspected
of international hard drug trafficking.

The group operated from Friesland and
got help from motorcycle clubs Hells Angels
and Red Devils. The drug lines ran
to Australia, England, Finland and
Ireland. The infiltrator himself was part
of the drug network.

The prosecutor says the infiltrator was the only
way to gain insight into the network.
"It was previously agreed that he
could trade drugs and launder money under
the direction of the police."
