No weights... use rubber straps for resistance then try to run 5-8 miles four or five days a week that’s all in am , if I cant run then I take the bike out and do the island all depends on the wind if I do to Ocean casino and back to Longport jetty .

Same if I am out of town always find a place to run rarely on treadmill.
