Every gangster can compete with any gangsters. No outsiders can make the rules in a city. Gangsters from Quebec can’t make the rules in Ontario, just like no gangsters from Ontario can make the rules in Quebec.
But, the history of organized crime in Quebec goes a long way. From jewish organized crime, italian mafia, irish mob, street gangs and bikers.
Montreal is a Sin city, corruptions is everything.

Also, for street gangs, there’s two king of street gangs in Quebec. Uou have gangs that are made up of boys in there 20s, and you have does that are made up of men in there 50s.
Those in there 40s and 50s are organized crime.
