Frank Locascio is 87 and was likely made a soldier by Carlo Gambino.
On the Ravenite tapes, Locascio says he was made when he was 23, so it would've been by Anastasia.
Does anyone know if Vinny Aloi is still alive? He was acting boss in the early 70s so would've most likely been made by Profaci and promoted to capo by Colombo.
