even scarfo made it a point to be at the inducions. wouldnt you think it makes the guys loyal to you. but gotti was on tape saying he was inducting guys just no one flipped and said john gotti pricked my finger or whatever
It depends. There are times when the boss isn’t as the induction ceremony. For example Gotti wasn’t there for the Christmas Eve 1988 induction for Junior, Mikey Scars, and Bobby Boriello
