Neptunes was a late 90’s early 2000 spot if i remember. I knew a bunch of people that went there. I stayed in jersey but hit NYC a lot when it was good. NYC in the late 90’s early 2000’s was i credible. The club scene was insane as was the music.
It was all about peace, love, and ecstacy. And juice.
