The mob does business with the Bloods and Crips type gangs, and has for years. The mob doesn't care as long as the money gets kicked up.
Every now and then they “ use them†for a hit. They dont have intricate business dealings with them especially since there is nothing intricate about the bloods and crips. The mob basically uses them.
