Usually after Labor Day, my body needs a break after lifting heavy for over 6 months for the summer. So I take off a couple of months in the fall.
Not this fall maybe I took 2 weeks off , if that. Got back in the gym asap.
Been going at least 4 days a week until January . After the new yr. Been going 7 days a week . 4 days lifting the other 3 days cardio. And eating to shred.

Memorial weekend starts May 22nd.
