I don't know to be honest. I think Ferrito was going to get 25 % of the Warren rackets which I think was oversaw by Tony Delsanter. Or they were going to make Ray. Could have sworn I was told even the Detroit Family had their hands in the Warren / Trumbull County rackets
Tony Delsanter was in fact Cleveland's man in all of Trumbull County, not just Warren. I have no personal knowledge of Zerelli.
