He came up in the 1980s and 90s in the construction industry in NYC. When you couldn’t pour a drop of concrete anywhere without an ok. So it’s not far-fetched that he dealt with many so and so’s. Take what from it what you will. It’s a fact.
It’s rumored he also had connections to the Russian mob and there was a book operation run of Trump Tower that got busted some years back if I recall correctly.
