There have been a few “golden ages” of the mob. You could really say from the 30s-50s was their golden age or from the 60s-mid 80s.

I do not think the Decavalcantes were a glorified crew but they did seem like an extension of Brooklyn crews in a way. They had a lot of connections there. I’m not sure how many made guys.
