My best bet would be Joseph Brocchini (at least judging by the hairline LOL). He died 43 though, the guy on photos definitely looks older

. Yeah I don’t think that’s Brocchini. Also Roy and him and a feud which ended with Roy killing him in 76. This picture takes place after all that I think
