ya a father and son in the same federal facility is new to me. its says massimino is in philly fdc rite now. pretty crazy the ex underboss of the family is locked up im guessing downtown philly shouting orders from his window. he was sentenced to 16 yr back in 2013 hes been locked up since 2011. maybe he has a appeal. looks like the place doesnt even have a yard stink to do time there
Believe it or not it’s not all that rare for brothers, father and son, cousins, etc to spend time in the same facility or for that matter share a cell. As long as they aren’t troublemakers there isn’t a counselor in the Feds that would deny the cell change request. It probably wouldn’t even come to that. One of the CO’s on the block would just handle it and update the count sheets.
