Absolutely nothing more than a lunatic making a name for himself. No way it's mob sanctioned in anyway by anyone. There's no chance if it was sanctioned this guy lived. He would have been taken out himself the next day or two by who ever put him up to it. They know he's crazy and after the 15 minutes of fame wore off he'd be a risk to speak.
