Absolutely nothing more than a lunatic making a name for himself. No way it's mob sanctioned in anyway by anyone. There's no chance if it was sanctioned this guy lived. He would have been taken out himself the next day or two by who ever put him up to it. They know he's crazy and after the 15 minutes of fame wore off he'd be a risk to speak. Since he wasn't killed himself, my opinion is he's just a nut job.

the fact that he waited outside of his house and hit his car and cali shook his hand like he knew him
why would cali shake hands with a person that ruined his car like nothing happened ?!
