If anyone thinks Ferrara is #1 they are crazy, he's stupid but not that stupid. The FBI would be up his ass in seconds.
And as for Parillo, he's just as dumb and everyone in LCN knows that. He was Consig for a few months before beating up the wrong guy and getting thrown back in prison.
