I think Sonny Ciancutti got his button around the same time as Chucky but i don't know if it was before. Also, I think Zebo got his around that time.no?
I believe Henry was made shortly after Lenny ordered the hit on Ernie Biondillo in 1996. However I don't know when Sonny got his button. Henry went from being in Youngstown a couple of days a month to a few days a week.
