Lol yeah in some parts of Spain they're happy to provide a safe space for European OC in general. Spanish OC itself is not a big time thing; it's like the Spanish themselves have their smugglers in Galicia and Andalusia as well as some gypsy drug dealers, but when you take the bigger picture none of them are major players. Some of the Spanish LE on the other hand are dirty as hell: an OC group throws some cash and hookers their way and they're good.
