Sicilian faction? Again 80 year olds are not going to risk dying in prison, look what happen with the Luccheses, how many guys got caught up for a hit on one drug dealer.
You have a very unrealistic view of what the mob is in 2019, there used to be squads in the FBI for each family, each squad had 20 agents, now you don't even have 20 total for all five families, they know the end is near.
