South Philly has all the Major Cambodian and Vietnamese gangs that have been in the USA since the 1970s. I don’t think any of the South Philly LCN Guys fuck with them though. The Vietnamese/Cambodians mainly do drugs, whores, and steal from their own people. There have been a few major Vietnamese Drug dealing gang murders in Philly if you Google. The Vietnamese absolutely LOVE to gamble, just go to Sugarhouse in Philly or AC and they have their own gambling sections. They don’t fuck with sports betting though, they have their own games from Asia they like to play. I don’t even know how to play them and I’m a degenerate gambler.
