Serp - AP just provided the stolen money to fund the restaurant, fix it up etc. Then he boasted how he was in the restaurant business. As far as this place being great..... I have much better than this.
You didn't like Valentina's? I thought it was pretty good. I haven't been there in years though, maybe its gone downhill since.
My new fav place lately is David Salvo's restaurant Saltwater in Margate, the Gnocchi there is to die for! Salvo works that restaurant hard too, hes always there working hard in the kitchen, saw him there working even on a Holiday-Great guy and a hard worker!
