With rico they have to prove 5 elements and you have to like be really involved to go down with drugs I let u use my car it's a fed investigation they can take me down and I dont know nothing besides u and allowed u to use the car maybe because I needed the 40 bucks u offered or owed u a favor or whatever.... I read many cases like so.... rico cases if ur not involved u walk simple they have to prove all 5 elements..... and prove your role your connections etc drugs man it's not even funny and if u go to trial they need 3 out the 5 elements they will present......
