They all know / knew each other all there fathers were in rackets and I am sure something was worked out .
Sal and his brothers were well known and Sal was not popular but he knew his shit but most did not like him or want him hanging out , Jr. knew his brother and his family from Phil and he was a piece of the puzzle needed for Jr. but Sal was always running his mouth behind his friends back and it got a lot of bad attention .
