because of his brutality, riina was probably the only true boss of bosses in mafia history, in the sense that he really commanded other bosses of the commission that they should have the same power although coordinated by a chairman


Why is it that nobody could match him in brutality? I think it is because he was not heard of or seen while the Palermo bosses were more tangible to the public.
