Another interesting bit of information about Migliore was that, according to Tommy Ricciardi, he didn't get made until 1980. That's coming from JD who used to post on the Black Hand forum.


Migliore got made in his early twenties and was a capo by his early forties. He served as acting underboss for a short time in the seventies, not long after getting bumped up to capo.
