Serp you seem to have a good grasp on the Philly scene. And this is sort of off topic but I wanted to know if you've ever heard anything in passing on this. In Rhode Island there's a south Philly guy who owns a restaurant in Westerly,RI. I'm friendly with him and like every other neighborhood guy no matter what city your from, you claim to know someone. In his case, Skinny Joe. There was an article a year or so ago mentioning his restaurant was a meeting place for Philly/Providence guys. And I know a few girls who work/worked there also saying there were plenty of nights that he had guys from back home at the restaurant. Again, its second hand.

I go back and forth. He was sued by another famous Philly restaurant guy who owns a spot in Ft Laudy because he copied his concept. You def know who I mean. So I can't tell if the guy is full of sh*t or not.
