Well they were both on the run , that is big difference , if you show up on the door with camera and whole crew and they are not on the run i guess it is indeed risky but they wouldn't do anything. Why bring unnecessary heat to yourself,but if you find someone who is on the run and come up to them with camera,well that wouldn't end well.
