The buck stops with the Security Chief The blame is solely on Rocco's shoulders
Michael was living in a fortress with sentry, armed guards, dogs etc. and yet assassins were able to spray his bedroom with bullets! This ridiculous security breach "in my home" would have been the laughing stock
What happened in Michael's home was a disgrace! However acknowledge Rocco's incompetence was forgiven
