A motorcyclist wants to recover his jacket and jewels with the effigy of Hells he was seized after threatening a SPVM police officer to push his camera in the back.
Earl Noseworthy wants to prevent the state from confiscating these "offending property" which the Hells use as "a tool of intimidation to facilitate their crimes," prosecutor Pierre Goulet pleaded on Thursday.
"The police are doing a difficult job and it's their job to be called names by angry people. It was an unplanned and isolated act that has nothing to do with the Hells Angels, "said François Taddeo, the Ontario biker's lawyer.
On August 10, 2018, East Toronto chapter member and 300 Hells from across the country came to Montérégie for a rally called Canada Run. All had to stop near Highway 20 for the police to verify their identity and inspect their motorcycle.
