@Hoodlum You are right. Ducks was old school LCN. He hated the court system and he'd spit on the courthouse steps every chance he got.

Only 1 we see here now (spitting)..but I've seen him doing it getting out of cars in front of courtjoints..malls..& whenever he knows the the press is observing..he certainly knows what he is doing..
