In the US the power remaining is in New York, but in terms of most powerful, it's gotta be Barney Bellomo now. Head of the Genovese. My guess is Joey Merlino is up there among the other NY bosses as well.
Merlino isn't a New York boss. He heads a small crime family from Philly. There are bikey gang bosses more powerful than him.
