I’m pretty good with diet change, I recently taught myself to eat oatmeal in the morning,.,.,, never ate it as a child and had no taste for it at all.

I now dress it up with a sprinkle of cinnamon, some raisins or cut up apples or blueberries.
Been doing this for several years now and changed out egg and cheese for a few days a week.

My real problem is sticking to my exercises


Motivating yourself for exercise can be difficult. Getting a friend/partner to keep each other accountable could be a positive strategy to take. Or, just do what I always tell myself about the gym, "You never regret going." The hardest part is just getting there.
